Welcome to Solidtick! By purchasing products or services from Solidtick, either through our e-commerce platform or any other channels we offer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Buyer," "Customer," or "User") and Solidtick, a brand of Townvations Technologies Private Limited (TTPL), a private company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India ("we," "our," or "us"). The following Terms govern your use of our website, e-commerce platform, and the purchase of any products and services from Solidtick.

1. Definitions

• “Solidtick” refers to Townvations Technologies Private Limited (TTPL), its platform, and any associated subsidiaries or partners.

• “Products” refer to any materials, goods, or items available for purchase through the Solidtick platform.

• “Services” refer to quality assurance, verification, tracking, and any other related services offered by Solidtick.

• “Buyer” or “Customer” refers to any individual, company, or entity purchasing products or services from Solidtick.

2. Acceptance of Orders

• All orders placed through the Solidtick platform are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

• Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which acknowledges the receipt of your order but does not confirm its acceptance. The acceptance of your order will occur when we ship the product(s) to you or deliver the service.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices listed on the Solidtick platform are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.

• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other payment gateway provided by Solidtick. We may offer alternative payment methods for specific regions.

• Payments must be made in full before the product is shipped or the service is rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Quality Assurance and Verification

• Solidtick prides itself on ensuring the quality of all products sold through our platform. Products bearing the Solidtick Quality Verified tag have undergone inspection and verification according to our standards.

• Buyers are encouraged to use the Solidtick QR code on the purchased product to verify quality details. This quality verification service does not replace any warranties provided by the manufacturer but offers additional assurance regarding the material's traceability and authenticity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping fees, estimated delivery dates, and available shipping options will be provided at the time of checkout.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the availability of the product, and any unforeseen circumstances.

• Solidtick is not liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

• Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Returns: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact. Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will be determined based on the nature of the return and the condition of the product. Solidtick processing fees will apply, and these fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product and will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the product has not been shipped. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Product Warranty

• Products sold through Solidtick may come with warranties provided by the manufacturer. Solidtick is not responsible for any manufacturer warranties and will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the product beyond the quality verification offered at the point of sale.

• Solidtick Quality Verified products are guaranteed to have undergone stringent quality checks, but this does not imply any extended warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer.

8. User Accounts

• To make a purchase, you may need to create a user account on the Solidtick platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

• Solidtick reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or any suspicious activity detected.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos on the Solidtick platform are owned by or licensed to Solidtick and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written permission from us.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Solidtick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of the products or services purchased from our platform.

• Our liability, in any case, will be limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of any disputes arising out of the purchase of products or services from Solidtick, the parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation facilitated via the Solidtick portal for a period of 7 days.

• If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

12. Force Majeure

• Solidtick shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Solidtik reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly for updates.
